The work Bert Hellinger is doing now is both a continuation and an evolution of his original Family Constellation work, the difference being that the field he is working with now is much larger than the original family field.  He has moved to working with the complete spiritual manifestation of the person.  Within this current work, which Bert calls “Movements of the Spirit Mind” and “Multidimensional Constellations,” a new, expanded language of intelligence is harnessed to free up the wellspring of unlimited possibilities that exists in the field. This intelligence is at once global, archetypal and deeply personal, cutting through the situation, with the full power to assist the client in rapidly manifesting creative generative movement for a positive future.

This particular training will focus on “Multidimensional Organizational Constellations” -- an area that Bert has been developing for years -- and issues around work success, simultaneously revealing the many layers and dimensions of the theme the client brings.  Inevitably, this will include root family issues, in addition to many hidden organizational issues and themes in the work environment. While much of what is revealed remains beyond our individual control, the seeing and the understanding of the multidimensionality of the situation allows the client to move forward, freshly empowered to realize success.

Currently, in the Americas, Europe, the Near and Far East, this work is being used to reorganize the top tiers of Fortune 500 Companies, multinational companies and many large and small businesses.

Above all else the Multidimensional Organizational Constellations provide a great instrument for individual growth and, as Bert would say, “success in the ever greater future."
